Bronze Del Sol NY operates by appointment only, and we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Because our appointment availability is limited and often fully booked, late cancellations prevent us from accommodating other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

We also ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided; however, excessively late arrivals will require deposits for all future appointments. 

The credit card used to reserve your appointment will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show. Payment for services is collected at the time of your appointment.
